Ingredients:

Ghee 3 Tablespoons (give this a miss if you wanna make it vegan or use vegan unsalted clarified butter)
Blueberry 300 Grams/ 1 Cup (go easy on the blueberry if more sour than sweet, use only a handful in that case)
Badam/Almonds 1/4 Cup
Cashews 1 Tablespoon
Cardamom 4 pods
Rava/Semolina 1 cup
Sugar 4 – infinite Tablespoons (depends on how sweet you want it) (less sweet = breakfast item, more sweet = dessert)
Milk/Almond Milk/Soy Milk 1 cup (Optional)

(for some optional extra-terrestrial yet vegan awesomeness!)
Sap of the Unwaba Tree that grows on Pandora 2 drops
Bark Shavings of any Tree of Endor 3 gms

Serves : 4 I guess?

Preparation:
Dry roast semolina in a dry pan for a few minutes until brown and fragrant. Remove from pan.
Add 1 TbSpoon ghee/vegan butter thing to pan and heat. Break cashews into small pieces and slice 1 tablespoon almonds into pieces and add to hot ghee. Fry till brown and fragrant.
If the blueberries are sweet AF (else just add the handful when the semolina is cooking) , then add them to the pan and one cup of water.
Cook for a couple of minutes,
after which dump the fried semolina, split cardamom pods, sugar and 2-3 cups of water(optional: substitute 1 cup milk/almond milk/soy milk for 1 cup of water). Cook by alternating between stirring and close lid, till solid-ish and soft.
Add the remaining 2 tbspoons of ghee, mix and serve hot!
Take sexy pictures, post them on instagram, feed pet ewoks or whatever the flip floats your boat, I don’t care.

Results should resemble this delicious gooey purple blob of sweet exotic succor.
